and teaching since 2018. I am also a certified Yoga Nidra teacher.
Classes are online (Zoom), in both English and French.

Guided Meditation – Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a gentle, guided meditation that allows your body and mind to deeply rest. It has helped me many times when I’ve felt:
stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a break.
What do you need?
A comfortable place to lie down (sofa or bed) a blanket, a cover for your eyes and listen to my voice You may even fall asleep — and that’s completely okay. Your body knows what it needs.
