Real Stories. Real Life.
Life is not always straight forward. I would like to share some of my own stories with you. To show that we all make mistakes and are always trying to find ourselves.
“I wasn’t stupid. I was hiding.”
I used to think there was something wrong with me at school.
I didn’t understand things as quickly as others.
I laughed at the wrong moments.
I felt constantly out of place.
One day, a teacher asked me something simple.
I didn’t know what to do… and I started laughing.
I couldn’t stop.
I got thrown out of the classroom.
For years, people thought I wasn’t very bright.
Just the girl who laughed at everything.
But the truth was something else.
I wasn’t stupid.
I was nervous.
Overwhelmed.
Trying to cope in the only way I knew how.
That laughter?
It wasn’t confidence.
It was protection.
And maybe you’ve done something similar too.
Maybe what looks like “too much”…
is actually just your way of managing a world that feels like too much.
You’re not broken.
You’re adapting.
Know that if this resonates, you’re not alone.
